Walter,
Did you try the other inputs? HD would be CMP1.
You have to press input, or simply press 03 on the remote to view the NTSC
input.

Customer has an antenna and a non HD sat. receiver.
He is getting the HD channels off the air that are
available here, and that's all.
The TV shows weak signal when on the Sat., and will
not program, or direct enter any other channels at
all.
VCR will not produce a picture either.
We've had him disconnect the VCR and run the
antenna straight into the TV and do a channel
search.
That found only the 5 HD stations.
Either, there is a hard failure or, there is a
setting in the menu that is wrong.
Has anyone run into this before??
