[TechAssist] Re: RCA ATC311- Model HD52W140 getting nothing BUT HD

Jeff, this set has the ATSC tuner built in.
The customer gets HDTV off the air.
Through the antenna input.
There are several stations around broadcasting HD.
The analog transmissions are also still there.
For some reason, this set stopped getting the
analog signals, but still gets the HD signals.
It has nothing to do with composite and/or
component video. 
Anyway, component video is inputs 4 and 5.
The set is still at the home, and I was asking if
anyone had ever run into anything like this, as it
will be Tuesday before I can do much more.
We've ask him to have the set do a complete search,
and supposedly that found only 5 HD channels.
He might have done a quick search, which I don't
think would work.
By the way, you are the only one to even reply so
far.
