Hi Guys, Thanks to all that replied, I don`t like mentioning names because I
don`t want to forget anyone, The
Fix for this was Q2906, it got rid of the retrace and the bright red screen
at turn off & channel change, I will
mention Bill Grabowski`s post because it is directly relevant, he mentioned
that usually when Q2906 is bad
that the E-C junction will be less than 200 Ohms, this one in circuit
measured 69 Ohms, Thanks again, this
site is such a great asset to us small shops, Larry E

ordering today) but the voltages on it

channel change or turn off the screen gets bright red, I swapped the blue
and red driver transistors on the crt board with no change, checked tube on
Sencore CR 70, reads ok, Any ideas ? tia, Larry E
