[TechAssist] Quasar SX2730FE..AMEDC204..No audio.

Set came in with decreased vertical..replaced some caps in the vertical now
that is fine.
I come to find the set also has no audio, tuner or A/V jacks.
I checked the audio board and everything seems in check, but I have no
schematic.
IS IC2301 the audio out on this..and any history of going bad?
I saw a tip for C3106 from another Quasar, but can't find that in this set.
No audio in or out the AV jacks
