Hello My friend . JBC. Do not now your name (sorry)

I want to tell you the way I do now. I disconect the pin 38 (power on/off)
of microcontroler. Then I apply a voltage on base of Q4306. I also disconect
the cr 4304 ( 9v for horizontal) at emiter Q4305.Then I plug in ac. I
measure emiter of Q4305
I have 9v. If I apply 1v at the base of Q4306 It does not turn on this
transistor.I think to turn on this Q it need 5v of source #11.It also applys
to pin 38 through a resistor. This 5v is present after Hot is turn on .It
seem like a loop. I t is hard to find
where is the open of the loop.
