Hello Perry. I am sorry that I tell something wrong. Actually the tv has good B+ 160v. But When I push power button. I see voltage at pin 38 of Microcontrol goes up a bit about one volt then goes down. so q4705 never turn on and q4702 never turn on. So it miss source #3 12v. and some sources come from q4703.I do not know it is protected or power supply fails by itself. thank for help.
