[TechAssist] Proscan 35" TV

Set came in with no HV, only startup click, replaced
flyback Xformer. HVwill now come up for a few seconds
and shut down. B+ is about normal, 130 volts.
I dont have a schematic, working in the dark.
Do you have any ideas ?
