[TechAssist] Pioneer SD-P4573,odd looking video"digitized?"

After changing the stk4274 on conv. pcb for vert problem noticed that pix
looks digitized (for lack of a better word) also on the left side of faces
see a green ting at edge of face.No S/M.
Both PS and tuner/main have been resoldered,esrd caps in video section
crts good and bright.
Don't see much Pioneer down in south Texas,any tips from adj. procedures
for this?Any ASCs with bulletins?TIA
