Buck, The most common problem with Pioneer is bad solder. Pull the boards, especially the deflection/power pcb, and spend a couple hours soldering most of the board. They must set the wave solder machine to minimum solder. Use a good magnifier and lots of patience. Charge accordingly. I call it a board rebuild.
