[TechAssist] Philips Proj. Model 60PP97 0104 Chassis DPTV215. No video or osd, pink raster only. No audio. No functions work, have to unplug set.

Has anyone seen this weird problem?
Went out on a call to check this set, but never saw this before.
Set powers on with nothing but a pinkish raster, no sound, video, or osd.
There is a small bow "curl " (just an inch or so) in the upper right corner
of the screen.
Pressing any button on remote, or front has no effect at all, have to unplug
to power off.
Going to check boards tomorrow.
Can anyone help with some info on this?
