Here's some fixes relating to dead,blinking,etc. from my techrepairCD program: PHILIPS ~TP3281C101 32D700-7570~Bad Flyback arced thru board from side of transformer to between jumper at 9397 and 5660/9660. Flyback # 3128 138 20623~HV will usually fluxup for about 20 sec (just short of getting picture) then shutdown~~32D700-7570~5630 FBT* 7150 jungle *Vert. IC * 3660 & 3661 1 ohm (parallel resistors both open no sign of char or oxidation)~~~~~~ MAGNAVOX~TS3258C101~NO VIDEO~~~~CHECK FOR OPEN IC7000 ON THE DIGITAL PC BOARD~~~~~~ Magnavox~TS3258 ~Came in blinking OSD. seems to scan channels downwards* but never stops. cannot enter service mode~~~chassis D7~Check for leaky or corroded buttons~~~~~~ Philips~TS3258~Flyback Bad~~~~Replace fly -R3610*22K-R3331*47K(SMD)-D6328(SMD)-Q7325(SMD)-IC7150~~~~~~ Philips~TS3258~Dead* HOT shorted R&R Flyback~~~~HOT Transistor*#3610- 22k* #6328 SMD diode* #7325 SMD Transistor and Check #3611/3608 190 ohm resistor by #3610~~~~~~ Philips~TS3258~DEAD Shorted flyback~~~~Will also damage IC7150* R3610* R3331* D6328* and Q7325.~~~~~~ HTH, Phil Bader Philip Bader Jan Phyl TV Inc.
