Anyone have a new or good used Horz.Drive Xmfr;part#195734 for the above unit.I 
think mine is bad.It measures primary=2.8 ohm
                  secondary=0.4 ohm
If not much trouble can someone measure the resistance if they have one in 
there stock or boneyard...TIA....
