model MS3650C Chassis 36M8007603, can't see the problem but customer says
will have odd letters scroll across the screen from left to right at bottom
single line and when this happens there is no function that will work, She
has to unplug it to reset it. like its in a program mode or something, I
showed her closed caption, she new about it and thats not it. anyway
was a Christmas present so brand new, very large, and I've no clue what
is up, any one seen this or have an idea before her 90 mfg.. is up ?
