I have typical checks at the HOT I had B+ on the collector but no drive. Backtracking to the Horiz. driver transformer, I had about 4 volts to the Horiz. driver. Obviously too low. My source for this supply was the FET 7404. It turned out to be the culprit. Magnavox offers a kit for this. 4835 310 57673. It includes the FET 7404, Resistor 3239, Horiz. driver transformer 5402, 3 3414 resistors to choose from depending on the model, and the installation note. Installing this kit took care of the problem.
