Larry, IN STANDBY, Q 400 Collector 162volts.
Base 14.4 volts and emitter 14.4volts
The only standby readings I have on Q403 is the
emitter; 6.6voltsthat ties directly to emitter of
Q404 and Collector Q410.I also have noted 15.6 vdc
on the cathode of Z405.
I took these on a working set to help me
troubleshoot.
Do you  have Jeff's tips program ar WinsTips?
