[TechAssist] Panasonic tv CT-27G20T ChassisAEDP246 No B+

Hi All
Set came in with shorted Regulator IC, STK730-020 and open R808. Replaced both
and now I get 150V on pin 11and 12 but no voltages on the other pins. Checked
all the components around the regulator they all check good.
Anyone have any extra info so I can apply to this set.
