Hi LeRoy. No, that is an AN7511. Pretty common failure, but not widely stocked. Don't remember seeing that IC used in a Panasonic. Seen plenty of Orions with that chip used. I buy mine from Tritronics, Toshiba p/n BZ611001. They only cost $2.11 the last time I bought some. Remind me (privately) tomorrow and I'll check my stock, but I should have some in stock.
