[TechAssist] Panasonic TV, horizontal tearing down middle of pic

Model: CT-27S50R
Chassis: ASEDP206
Unit has horizontal tearing down the middle of the pic. Both on tuner and
video inputs. I've checked all the cals around the flyback, PS, and
vertical circuit. Anyone have a print for this set? TIA!!
