[TechAssist] Panasonic PV-DM2792 Bright Screen / Shutting Down

Make : Panasonic
Model : PV-DM2792
Problem : Customer states the picture slowly gets brighter , takes about 5
minutes , then the set shuts off. Turns it back on and takes the same 5
minutes to repeat.
Just downloading the service manual right now , and going on the service
call in an hour.
Anyone seen this problem on this newer model set?
