More information, the transformer in question for standby voltage has 7
volts AC on the secondary side. I changed the diode and the cap is OK.This
transformer only develops 4 volts DC. I disconnected the relay thought it
could be loading down the supply. There is 110 volts on the primary! I am
seeing 4.2 ohms on the primary and 25.1 ohm on the secondary side.
I would think there should be around 16 volts on the secondary side with no
load. 'Could then get 12 volts and 5 volts. I am not familiar with this
chassis, don't do many Panasonic sets.
thanks
Bruce.
