Check around flyback for a filter either 4.7 or 10 @250-300v. Supplies ~200
v to CRT. May also find that brightness is turned way down, may have

This set had the typical vertical problem of no vertical deflection. I
replaced IC451 and C455 and C451. The picture came back and was almost full.
Then I found C559 bad and that made the picture full. Now the picture has
what looks like video smear when white words are on the screen, otherwise it
looks good. I have checked several caps and have found no other bad one's.
Please if anyone has a note on this chassis let me know. thanks
