[TechAssist] Panasonic CT27SC13G, Oct 2003, Dead

This set is dead. Customer said his wife said fire came out of the rear
of set.
I see no evidence of damage other than a touch on the two spark gaps on
the power supply. Can't find anything wrong on the power supply, but it
won't start--no voltages on the secondary of the smps. I jumpered the
relay. That didn't help.
I don't have a service manual on this new set. A scan of the power
supply would be helpful, as would any tips someone may have.
