You're going to have to give more information than this.
Chassis number..looks like an RCA model..
RCA's I have seen have 4-5 digits for location numbers.
Every thing is shorted? I doubt it...you have us trying to guess to much 
because you don't supply enough
details.
This is getting to be a waste of time. So many people quickly typing their 
posts, not including enough
information, then three more posts requesting more information, then people get 
pissed because no one
replies to their emails.
Techs have to remember, WE are not in your shops, so you need to be our eyes, 
if you want information that
will help.

Hi: I noticed that  C151 1000pf across the 3 volt zener and the 69pf was
missing from the factory in the power supply. Did they leave this one out on
