Do you have B+ and 60 cycle vertical signal to the deflection IC?

Hello,
I am servicing an ORION which I initially thought would
be a piece of cake.
The unit was recently brought into shop with no vertical sweep.
I replaced IC401 (LA7840) thinking this would correct the problem
but to no avail. All adjoining components check okay.
I have no service literature, am seeking case history info on this
model.
Assistance is appreciated.
