I purchased one of the correct Samsung remotes with the f-set button and it
should be here early next week. Hopefully I can use it to set each one to
cable, then the end users can just use any universal remote with them.
For what its worth, none of the non samsung oem remotes anyone has posted
will work, as it turns out..it has to be the original remote.
