Hi Shaun, BU4508DX 1500V 5A tf= 0.4uS max Contains Damper Diode D1878 has these same specs except that the tf rating is 0.3uS max (better). This will usually work fine. The current rating must usually be the same. A higher amp rating will usually cause overheating. Don't buy counterfeit HOTs. They often get hot or blow out. I have many more subs for this. D1651 is rated at 0.4uS.
