Ron, I'm looking at RCA F36674 CTC197CA and the parts are:
R14704 - 82K 12watt.
T14301 - RCA# 215541.
Q14401 (HOT) 2SC5148 RCA # 237470.
T14401 Flyback - RCA# 237506.
If you need a scan of the schematic let me know.
