  Peter & Jeff,

I am aware of the Zenith prefixes, but the part that was in the set(QX3402)
was manufactured by Toshiba, and the only number on it is K2698. By the way,
I found this number on the front panel # PVY4661DT, it says it's a serial #,
but looks more like a model # to me, is this # of any help as far as looking
up the part # I need? The owner is suppose to be getting all the info off of
the back cover for me, as I mentioned before, he didn't bring the back cover
in with the set. If this # doesn't help I'll get back to you, when I get all
  the info from the customer.
