I agree, PTS is the easy way out , but expensive, and I can't re-coup on this one, I've not used them much as they cut the end profit too much, and are no more than tech's like us, wish they wouldn't sell to the common folk, I had a man that roofed my house tell me that he found them on the web, sent them his zenith tv chassis and repaired his own set, for $60 bucks that I had quoted him 100.00 for repair, said it was burning, ( the two 15 cent blue caps..) easy fix they made the bucks, so they are actually a competitor to me just like Walmart, Kmart, circuit city and the rest are in sales of new sets, but I have and probably still will use them on the dog's , I only had one bad deal with them, several years ago, but it still cost me, more than I made on the set, what really burns me is that the customer wouldn't spend $300 bucks on this set they claim they paid $3K for. SOS just different day.
