[TechAssist] Mitsubishi PTV - Woes!!!

Make: Mitsubishi
Model: VS-4543A
Chassis: VZ3
Made: March 1997
Problem: Set will play for 5 or 6 hours fine! Then it may quit (dead).
Afterwards, it will not turn on again, even unplugging set overnight, it
still will not play. The relay clicks on and instantly clicks off. Wait
several days and plug set in and it may play fine again for a few days/hours
- then quit! ...and will not come back on... just hear relay click on and
then off.
Note: I've carefully resoldered everything on all PC boards - it played fine
afterward I did this for about 7 hours then quit again! ... now it will not
come back on... relay clicks on then off! When it did play picture and all
was excellent!
Help! Anyone seen this one before and recongnize this it?????
