Have this Mitsubishi old 35" set that has an ex pix, but has retrace lines 
in the top 1/3 of the pix & some compression on the top.  Have tried the 
Wins-Tips fixes ( C214 & C412) & they are good.  Anyone have any tips on the 
vertical deflection being slightly small on top & retrace in the top third 
otherwise perfect pix.   thanks   Larry
