[TechAssist] Mitsubishi 35AX1 vert sync problem

This looks exactly like the PIP modules that get the bad SMD caps when they
are starting to go. But this set has an older PIP module that is much
larger and has all through-hole caps. Are there any known caps on this
module that would cause loss of vertical sync?
