Picture And Osd "Breathing", Also Black Lines Darting Across The Screen 
Horizontally

Hv Lead Had Separated From It'S Clip And Was Arcing Inside The Rubber Boot 
(Where It Comes Out Of The Top Of The Flyback).  I Was Able To Cut Away The 
Plastic Shield Tube And The Gray Goop, Reattached The Lead To The Clip 
W/Solder, Regooped It And All'S Well.
