Hv Lead Had Separated From It'S Clip And Was Arcing Inside The Rubber Boot 
(Where It Comes Out Of The Top Of The Flyback).  I Was Able To Cut Away The 
Plastic Shield Tube And The Gray Goop, Reattached The Lead To The Clip 
W/Solder, Regooped It And All'S Well.
