[TechAssist] Making circuit boards from schematics

Hello all,
I have kind of a different question.  I am involved in a small project that I 
need someone to create a circuit board layout (on paper) from a schematic 
that I have.
It is not a very involved layout, only about 12-15 components.  I will make 
the board once I have the layout.
I figured someone might know someone that will fool with a small job as this.
