[TechAssist] Mag FP4640 ch PTV710 Red lines hang down at top of picture

I have a service call on this set, the customer said red or orange lines
hang down several inches into the picture, like a string hanging from corner
to corner of the screen. I remember having this once before but I cannot
remember the fix. I don't think it is a convergence problem, he says the
picture is good otherwise. Does this ring a bell with anyone? John.
