I have the Dick Smith ESR meter and it does work
great.
I also have an ESR meter built by Shells
Electronics, the CAPOHM 1000.
It's probably not any more accurate than the Dick
Smith, and it cost about double, but I like the
analog readout on it better.
Everyone needs an ESR meter.
But, sorry, never heard of the MUL-3333.
