[TechAssist] Looking for a 221-365-02 Zenith IC loc IC6004 on a 9-700-10

Have a big old Zenith "Digital" console 35in. with no pix has HV and sound
no OSD.
Have located problem to be a bad IC 6004: 221-365-02, any one have one?
