I believe I sent this to you, did you try it?
From Tech Repair CD:
Sony\KV27FS13\Dead / Standby light flashes 4x\135v line pulses between 0v - 30v 
several times* then unit
shuts down. Power on to recycle\\\D501 is leaky. Measures 80 ohms in both 
directions\\\\\\\\

Still having problem with Sony KV-27FS13.  Have tried all suggested tips,
but set still acts the same way.  To explain better, after hitting power
button, set powers on and pulsates several times(and you can hear it
pulsating), and then shuts down and it flashes 4 times, stops and then
flashes 4 times again.  Assume it would keep on flashing as long as it is
plugged in.  >> No high voltage,HOT OK.Found D513 and D514 shorted and
 >>R549 open. Replaced above with Sony parts,also changed vertical IC 502,
 >>D616, and D620. Both shorted. Please advise.
