[TechAssist] JVC GR-DVL725 U ( Camcorder)

Hello all members
According to the customer,this camcorder was doing fine,until a message came
on the screen that the heads were dirty,and to run a cleaning tape.
He did and after that it will not play back anymore.
I checked the heads,but they seem to be clean.and do not see anything
obvious to solve this problem.
So I ask any of the techs,if you have a clue to please pass it along to me.
