Some of the 3 disc changers have IR sensors that tell what discs are in
place. Check for loose connections to IR sensors. I've had this happen on a
few
RCA units where you put a disc in and its exhibiting your same symptom you're
having with this JVC. Maybe they're made by the same company. Further advice
awaits if needed.
