From Tech Repair CD:
JVC\AV48WP74\just went click*click*click when turned on\\\\Video drive IC
(IC1101) on the red CRT module
shorted. It looked like bad solder on the B+ was the cause\\\\\\\\

Plug set in push power button set clicks "on" blue indicator lights then
relay clicks 13 more times with low "thump" coming from speakers,then dead
with blue light blinking until set is unplugged.
Horiz output good flyback good only 16vdc developed on horiz output C.
Audio output and vert output "look" ok .disconnected connector going from PS
to conv. no change.
Anybody seen this yet or have troubleshooting info? tia rlmbkm@xxxxxxxxxx
