The 180 volt line is shorted, generally it's one of the video IC's on the CRT
panel. I have found the blue one shorted several times.
A quick check is to unplug the connector that the 180 volt line is on (it
comes off the main chassis near the back close to the fly). If it doesn't
"burp"
one of the video IC's are shorted.
