[TechAssist] JVC AV36D203 Blown Fuse

This unit came in with a blown fuse, replacement restored normal operation.
Fuse listing on board is 5 amp 125 volt. The fuse in the set was 6.5 amp which
leads me to believe the customer had this problem before and changed the fuse.
Is this a slow blow fuse ?
