What am I missing here?? I replaced d422 and d523 this produced 29vdc on pins 3&5 of IC421 and 15vdc on pin 2 I then replaced the IC again with absolutely no change in symptom on about 2 inchs of rastor in center of tube. I also replaced C523 1000@35 even tho it checked good. Sure would appreciate any advice. Windings on vert yoke read 9.3ohms.
