[TechAssist] JVC AV27820 No sound

Set came in dead. Got picture up, now no sound not a bit. I traced the audio to
pin 7 of the UPC1851ACU
but I get nothing on pins 25 and 26, the outputs of the chip. I have checked
voltages and they are in tolerance. I changed the chip and the results is the
same. Any help appreciated.
