[TechAssist] How do you obtain funai parts?

Hi Guys,
I have been trying to contact funai parts dept for over 2 weeks now and
never received one response yet. I have emailed them 3 times at
parts@xxxxxxxxx and left several messages with there parts dept at
310-787-3000 . They never respond.
