[TechAssist] Help on Mits VS-45va2

Hi all
I have this Mitsubishi VS-45VA2 in as a dead set. I do noy have a drawing on
it.
On plug in I get all 3 relays click twice. 2 are om the power board and 1 is
in the RF switch assy.
I checked caps and replaced Vert output IC to no improvement.
Any ideas? Thans in advance
