[TechAssist] Have mouse TV-crap on chips-CTC178 PTV-need schematic

Got all the mouse crap cleaned off the chips and board - had bad HV divider
-replaced- now set will not come on. Need to trouble -shoot
power supply, etc. First CTC178LB we have seen. Nothing in SAMS.
