Alvin, is this email coming through for the second time? I carries a 
date of 8/28/04 08:16PM. Or do you need to set you computer clock?
Anyway, the shadow is knocked loose inside the CRT, you may try a Radio 
Shack magnet attached to the CRT bell to clear it up, just move the 
magnet around till you find a spot that works then RTV it in place.
