I have the Thomson service cd for $20. It is not latest version but the one

GE TV/VCR Model# 13TVR62 Chassis# VDP13/VR21 I need the schematic or
service manual. When I try to turn on, LED flashes 3 times. I already found
the common bad solder joints on the center LED and checked the 2 ic
protectors on the main board. This unit refuses to let me help it!
